1. Introduction: What's your story?

Based in Kansas City, Missouri, All Cuisine Catering is a Wedding Catering Business with a focus on high-quality services. Menus include options from canapes to plated meals and more. Cuisine selections are numerous and flexible, you can request your dream dish with ease. All Cuisine Catering offers clients a wide range of culinary solutions, from tasty African dishes, French delicacies, or Korean BBQ delights. We are pleased to craft a meal that meets your expectations. We offer many dietary solutions including Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Organic, Sugar-Free, Vegan & Vegetarian options. Meals can be designed around concepts like Buffets, Chef Stations, Family-Style Dining, Passed Plates, and more. 2. How many weddings have you done in the past?

Since we established the company in 2016 we have done at least 8-10 weddings a year. But we did many times that with our bosses over the years before we branched out on our own.

3. Do you charge a bulk fee or cost per person? What are your rates like?

We do a per guest cost on most events. at our most basic package we start at $18 per guest and go up to $45 per guest.
We can work with in someone's budget if the request is made in the beginning staged of the discussions

4. Do you have a static menu, or can you do a custom menu? And can you take care of various allergy/dietary requests?

We offer menu ideas that are featured on our website. We do custom menus for most client. I like to bring up the allergy and dietary restrictions in the planning discussions early in the process so its not over looked or forgotten.

5. What are your most popular dishes?

In the past few years our most popular dish has become the Herb crusted prime rib with honey bourbon glaze. The is almost always paired with the Roasted garlic mashed potatoes with fresh herbs and our Bacon onion jam green beans.

The next most popular dish would have to be our Smoked Prime Rib with Green apple horseradish. this one almost always in paired with our Grilled asparagus with lemon onion jam and baby roasted potatoes with fresh herbs.

6. Do you provide linens, table settings, and accessories? If you don’t provide linens, table settings, etc., will you handle coordinating the rental?

We do not have our own linen at this time but, we work with a couple of local venders here in our city to provide everything a client could ask for.

7. Will food be made on-site or brought in?

We cook and do all the preparation in our kitchen on Ward Parkway. Then, we transport everything in our catering van in hot boxes.

8. Are tastings available and what is involved?

We do offer a tasting for a fee of $125 but that fee will go toward the deposit. We let our clients pick a few entrees and side as well as appetizers. Next we set up a tasting date usually on Sundays around 2 pm. Then we create small potions of each item as well as a few additional items on the off chance the initial selection isn't what the client wanted.

9. Who else is in your team and how many people on your staff will be at the wedding?

I have myself and my Business partner Adam. We currently have a staff of 5 but, on larger event we hire additional staff from the local culinary school.

10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations via email 48 hours prior to delivery. Your event will be canceled when you receive a confirmation email. All orders canceled with less than 48-hour notice, including cancellations due to weather, will be charged in full.

Full-service events and receptions have a cancellation policy on the contract
