1. Introduction: What's your story?
Hello! Dianna Stolpp here. I am the creator of Bella Artistry which was started in 2006. Since then I have been building our company by hand selecting our artist and hairstylist, keeping up with trends, and creating contracts to protect our artist as well as our customers. We focus on customer service. We want all of our clients to be 100% happy.
2. What's your experience as a bridal hair & makeup artist? How many brides are in there in your portfolio?
I went to Cosmetology school my senior year in HS and then continued on to MUDD makeup and Designory in Burbank, CA. All of our artist have had extensive training in makeup and hair. We also continue to train our artist in both fields.
3. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
Bridal hair and makeup $300.00
Makeup only $150.00 Hair only $150.00
Bridal Party: $200.00
Hair only: 100.00 Makeup only $100.00
Clients with above shoulder hair: $45.00
Junior BM’s under 14 yrs. hair and light makeup: $90.00
Flower girls hair: $45.00
4. Do you have a team of assistants or will you be the only artist that day? What will happen if you're sick or have an emergency on the wedding day?
We have a team which makes it easy for us to accommodate any size party. This also helps in case of emergency, one of our other artist can step in.
We work within a 4 hour time frame. So you don’t have to get ready for multiple hours prior to your wedding time.
We have contracts and deposits which secures and also protects our clients.
5. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
Travel fee for anything over 45 miles is $50.00
Over 1 hour travel $100.00
6. Can the bride book a wedding makeup trial appointment and will you also do a trial before the wedding?
Absolutely. We encourage our brides to have a trial run prior.
7. What beauty products do you use and would you be open to the bride using her own make-up?
We are always open to use any of the brides makeup if they feel more comfortable with that. We want to make sure our brides feel their best!!
Our products are tested by our artist for quality and lasting time on skin.
We also use our own makeup line Hela!Bella makeup.
8. How can you make the bride's wedding makeup last and look good in photos?
It’s all prep work. We have our secrets. ?
9. How long will makeup take on the day and how long will you be staying for on the day?
Makeup and hair 2-3 hours to get ready.
Last 8 hours plus!
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
Full refund at least 1 week prior to wedding.
