1. Introduction: What's your story?
My name is Brianna V and I'm the Owner of Brivbeauty. I've worked for both bridal agencies and independently. Over the ten years I've been in the industry, I've collaborated with many amazing artists and am now proud to lead my very own team. Our team serves all Southern California Brides of all skin tones.
2. What's your experience as a bridal hair & makeup artist? How many brides are in there in your portfolio?
I've been working with brides for over ten years and have around 50 who have contracted me directly.
3. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
We offer a la carte pricing because every bridal party is unique. This allows the freedom to pick and choose the services that are needed. Custom packages just as custom as the hair and makeup we provide.
4. Do you have a team of assistants or will you be the only artist that day? What will happen if you're sick or have an emergency on the wedding day?
We have a whole team of artists that are ready to work. We take detailed notes at out trials so if an emergency does arise we can have another artist take over and ensure the look is what you imagined at your trial.
5. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
We do have travel fees based on region. This covers our travel time and the set up of equipment at your location. We also bring out own chairs and tables to you.
6. Can the bride book a wedding makeup trial appointment and will you also do a trial before the wedding?
Yes we always offer trials to our bride either at our studio or at your location.
7. What beauty products do you use and would you be open to the bride using her own make-up?
We offer a variety of makeup makeup brands based on experience with the products and the longevity of the products. We can work with the bride if they prefer to use a certain product.
8. How can you make the bride's wedding makeup last and look good in photos?
We offer touch up products such as powder and lip touch ups and educate our brides on the best practices on using the products. We also offer a touch up hour that brides can add on to their wedding day.
9. How long will makeup take on the day and how long will you be staying for on the day?
Bridal makeup appointments are 1hr and 30 mins. We only stay until the services are completed.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
We offer a refund on the deposit for up to 60 days after a contract has been signed. No refund is given after services are completed.
