REFeyeANCE Makeup & Hair, LLC is an award winning talent agency composed of the beauty industry’s best. Each artist is carefully selected for your wedding based on their many years of experience, awards, education, licensing, talent and attention to detail. Now you can get ready in the comfort of your home, hotel or wedding venue instead of traveling to a salon or makeup counter.
WHAT WE OFFER-
All of the artists have a deep passion for creating beauty in collaboration with your vision. By studying the latest airbrushing techniques taught by lead trainers of Temptu (the founders in airbrushing). The artists are able to deliver a beautiful, flawless creation that looks amazing with High-Definition Photography and will last all day and into the night. Silcone-based airbrushing fills in pores, fine lines and imperfections on the skin and has an all-day, natural looking, waterproof wear. Each makeup application receives event lashes & airbrushing included in the price. Traditional makeup is also available. You can read about the additional benefits of airbrushing on the next page. The Artists also participate in many bridal hair styling classes throughout the year so that they can execute any bridal hair style.

Our mission is to ensure that you receive an amazing on-site hair and makeup experience with prompt communication throughout your entire process of planning your wedding. We are committed to superior customer service. Insuring that coordinating makeup & hair is stress-free by being available to answer your questions within 24 hours or less.
We encourage you to do a trial run to meet with your artist prior to the wedding to discuss personal vision and expectations. Once the trial run is complete, our experienced coordinators take it from there by handling the preparation of the wedding day logistics. We provide you with peace of mind and a detailed makeup-hair schedule 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding. Each makeup artist and hair stylist is committed to using the up most sanitary practices by utilizing alcohol, brush cleaner for brushes, disinfectants, disposable wands and hand sanitizer in-between each client. Each artist also carries a variety of products to accommodate your needs. They carry a variety of long wearing pro products for oily skin, dry skin, sensitive skin, vegan, oil free, non comedogenic that will not clog pores. They also are able to accommodate all hair textures.

3. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
We will customize a package that best fits your needs. Each adult makeup application will receive complimentary airbrushed foundation & lashes.
4. Do you have a team of assistants or will you be the only artist that day? What will happen if you're sick or have an emergency on the wedding day?
We have the largest team of makeup artists and hair stylists in Ohio. It is likely that we would have a back up artist in the event of an emergency because our team is so large. This is the benefit of booking with an agency like ours vs an individual artist.
5. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
We do not charge any travel fees as long as your location is within 45 miles of Cincinnati, Dayton, Covington or Columbus.
6. Can the bride book a wedding makeup trial appointment and will you also do a trial before the wedding?
Yes. Our bridal studio is located 2 exits North of Trader's World at 8401 Claude-Thomas Rd. Suite 43 Franklin Ohio 45005.
7. What beauty products do you use and would you be open to the bride using her own make-up?
We use a variety of Pro products that are specifically made for HD photography & film. We are Professional Makeup Artists and Licensed Hair Stylists.
8. How can you make the bride's wedding makeup last and look good in photos?
We only use Pro Products that have an all day waterproof wear. The bride's makeup & hair will last for 10+ hours.
9. How long will makeup take on the day and how long will you be staying for on the day?
Depending on your final count for makeup & hair, we are typically beautifying your bridal party for 4-5 hours. Our scheduling department will put together a detailed schedule for you to review and approve 4 weeks before the wedding. This will include sanitation breaks and touch up time at the end of the schedule.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
You can cancel without any penalty fee as long as you notify us at least 90 days before the wedding.
