1. Introduction: What's your story?
Hi, we are Tricia and Sean Schiebout, a husband and wife photography team specializing in Weddings, couples and business photography. A love of the outdoors, travel and natural light finds its way into much of what we do here at Lens and Palette. Romantics, entrepreneurs, total foodies and lovers of all things ocean and mountains, we have been capturing weddings and couples adventures for nearly 9 years now! Our style is romantic, colorful and natural. Fans of candid moments and true emotion, we strive to capture it all in a photojournalistic style that tells your story.
2. How long have you been shooting weddings? How many weddings have you photographed?
We have been shooting weddings for 9 years now and over 100 weddings captured.
3. How would you describe your photography style?
Our style is natural, colorful and romantic. Photojournalistic and relaxed, our aim is to create true to life color and artistic memories for our couples.
4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding photographer?
We typically book our 1 year to 1.5 years in advance. Peak months are May- Sept in Colorado. It varies greatly for destination weddings and events, but these are typically a year in advance as well.
5. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
Below you will find a list of our popular collections. In addition, we offer custom collections and build your own packages for elopements and destination weddings. Our most popular collection is the 8 hr Elegance collection and our build your own option.

6. Are you the wedding photographer who will be shooting on the wedding day? Who else is there in your team?
As a husband and wife team, we will always be YOUR wedding photographers.
7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
Travel anywhere within 2 hours is free of charge. After 2 hours we custom quote for each event or wedding. This includes our destination weddings and elopements. We feel that each situation and wedding is different and want to work with our couples to create a plan that works best for each couples situation.
8. Are albums or prints included in your packages?
Several of our collections include professional albums, and can always be added separately. We have an integrated professional print store that comes with our online gallery and the galleries are included with all our collections. Ordering gifts, prints, canvases and cards is as easy as clicking the cart icon in your gallery.
9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive the images? How will they be delivered?
Our typical turn around time is 4 to 6 weeks depending on schedule and all photography is delivered to our clients via online professional galleries.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
A one-third non-refundable down payment is required to secure Lens and Palette for the event date(s). If the event date is changed or canceled, the deposit is forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to secure a new date, if available. If the deposit is paid by check and the check is returned by the bank for any reason, the contract shall be deemed void. In the event that more than one client wishes to book wedding services on the same day, preference will go to the first client to pay the deposit. Rescheduled weddings may be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with another booked wedding. This said, we do our best to accommodate date changes and other unforeseen events for our clients. If your wedding is canceled you do not owe the final payment.
