1. Introduction: What's your story?
HI! Sam and I (Grace) fell in love and got married nearly 10 years ago. He loves capturing and stitching together incredible films while I prefer capturing romantic snapshots of the beautiful moments during weddings. We have 3 boys 7 and under, and both get to capture weddings full time.
We actually fell into wedding photography when a family member entrusted us with the task of capturing their wedding day. We quickly fell in love with documenting love stories and haven't looked back! We've been capturing weddings for over 7 years now.
2. How long have you been shooting weddings? How many weddings have you photographed?
We've been capturing weddings for 8 years, or since 2012. We actually pride ourselves on not over-booking our calendar so although you'll see that some photographers list 400+ weddings in a year or two, we make sure to give each and every client a full, exclusive experience. We aim to book only 3 weddings a month to make room for family time, one-on-one client time, and to allow for ample time to focus on each individual photograph and film rather than outsourcing as if the industry is a factory. To us, you matter and your day is a work of art.
3. How would you describe your photography style?
Our films are cinematic in structure and are knitted together to tell you the overall story of the wedding day. Similar to a film trailer, you'll be carried on a journey that will affect you for years to come.
Our photography style is romantic, bold, rich, and true to the weather of the day. We seek to capture some of the most special moments from your wedding day, and because of that we capture authentic emotional moments of you as you experience every aspect of your love story.
4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding photographer?
We always recommend booking your wedding photographer after you hire a wedding planner and book your venue. Often venues are unavailable on the original date and it's risky to hire other vendors before the venue.
Our peak booking months are generally January through March, and we will book clients as long as they are no longer than 2 years out. We have the most wedding requests for October because our brides tend to be obsessed with Fall weddings. We also have a lot of Summer weddings.
5. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
Our packages are truly DIY in that you can craft any custom package you choose. Our packages are only the tip of what you can experience with us.

6. Are you the wedding photographer who will be shooting on the wedding day? Who else is there in your team?
Yes! I am the lead photographer and Sam is the lead cinematographer. We will always be present at your wedding and we will hire out additional helpers if you desire additional photographers during your wedding day.
7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
We do charge mileage and request for you to put us up in a hotel room for one night for events that are 2 hours away from us. The mileage is total, round trip miles minus 40 regular commuting miles at $.57/mile. This is the standard government rate for mileage reimbursement. We work out destination packages on request.
8. Are albums or prints included in your packages?
A handmade, heirloom wedding photography book is included in your wedding package. It lays flat, has thick, high quality pages, and will last a lifetime.
If you also hire us for videography you can expect a beautiful heirloom video book that auto-plays your day whenever you open it.
9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive the images? How will they be delivered?
Our images are delivered within 6 weeks of the wedding date. They are delivered during a Photography Reveal Party that includes your closest family members, and will be accessible digitally and via a beautiful USB drive.
Our videos are delivered within 6 months of your wedding day and are delivered on USB, Youtube, and on a video book.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure our services for your wedding day and the deposit is lost if our services are cancelled once you are 6 months out from the wedding day.
