1. Introduction: What's your story?
Hi Hi! I'm Brittany Bartz, but many call me B-Rad, thanks for stopping by! I have been the ‘go-to’ planner for as long as I can remember, from elementary school fundraisers to corporate events, following deadlines, timelines and celebrations are in my blood!
I started B-Rad Weddings & Celebrations with a passion for events, love for people and unmatched attention to detail. At the end of the day I desire to assist couples in planning and executing a celebration that is uniquely memorable and stress-free. Don’t believe the talbots, wedding planning does not need to be stressful! If you are someone who enjoys a nice glass of Kirkland Sangria, or just someone who wants a best friend by their side planning a celebration you will tell future generations about, you are at the right spot.
2. What's your experience as a wedding planner? How many weddings have you planned?
From unofficially planning weddings for friends and family to officially launching my business in 2019, I began with 12 from the start, doubled in my second year, and increased my "wedding load" year after year!

4. How do payments work (a percentage of the wedding budget, a flat fee etc.)? What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?
Pricing is a flat rate based on package, and several other factors (guest count, location, etc.)

5. Who else is in your team and how many people on your staff will be at the wedding?
B-Rad Wedding & Celebrations is growing! We have several coordinating assistances who will be present at an event if necessary.
6. What happens if you're sick or otherwise unable to be there on the day of the wedding?
B-Rad assistant will be briefed by me and present for the contracted day and time.
7. How many meetings will you have with the couple and how will they be involved?
The amount of meetings with clients is dependent on the package purchased.
8. Will you handle the invitations, from wording and ordering to the addressing and mailing? What about guest list coordination and RSVPs?

9. Do you handle rentals? Will you coordinate delivery, arrival and set up times with the photographer, the florist, the musicians and the caterer/banquet manager?
Yes, we coordinate delivery, arrival and timing of all vendors.
10. Can you create a timeline that tells everyone involved in the planning process (other pros, members of the wedding party, to-be-weds and families) what to do and when to do it? How will you make sure everyone sticks to the schedule?
I prepare a wedding day timeline alongside the clients and the contracted times of all vendors. Once the timeline is complete I share a detailed document with vendors and an abbreviated timeline for the bridal party/family.
