The customer has to discuss the requirements with our reservation agent, we have found that each event comes with its distinct requirements.,
4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding transportation?
Our company would prefer at least 30 days for planning and organizing - scheduling vehicles accessories etc
5. How much does it cost to book your services? What is the hire price for each of your vehicles?
Ideally we leave that to the customer, they can review our transportation units, then we can quote the cost,

6. What do you recommend for timing? (How long does a service last?)
1 hour, 3 hour min / billed every 15 minutes there after < our experience is that between 3/4 hours
7. Are the chauffeurs professionally hired and then trained?
Yes, licensed and bonded
8. What does the driver wear on the wedding day?
Black Suit
9. What are the back-up options if a vehicle breaks down on the day of the wedding?
We are open 24/7 which means who ever is on shift will solve the issue.
10. What are your cancellation and refund policies?
Our company policy upon reserving and scheduling a date requires 50% of the quote provided. cancellation must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the event, any costs incurred up to that cancellation date will be deducted and the balance refunded to the customer. receipts will be provided upon request.
