1. Introduction: What's your story?

Cardinal Transportation is a leading transportation provider in Columbus, Ohio, just outside of downtown, and within five miles of The Ohio State University. The company was founded in 2000, beginning with only three vehicles. Through dedication and careful selection of its employees, Cardinal is proud to have grown into a fleet of over 40 vehicles in the course of fifteen years. During this time we have received Angie's Super service Award, A+ accreditation from the better business bureau, and are a member in good standing with the American Bus Association, The United Motor Coach Association, and The National Limousine Association.
Our Diverse fleet allows us to provide transportation for Athletic travel, school and extracurricular groups, Corporate transportation, Airport transportation, Large group travel, and Weddings. Our staff has helped over 300 customers a year plan transportation for their Weddings, Rehearsal dinners, Bachelorette and bachelor parties, and honeymoons. We service the State of Ohio and partner with hundreds of hotels, venues, and wedding planners to ensure you and your guests have stress free transportation!

Cardinal Transportation offers the Largest Diversified Fleet in the state of Ohio! With over 60 vehicles, ranging from a three passenger sedan, all the way up to a 56 passenger Motor coach. Our fleet includes the following listed below:

Cardinal offers a very unique and classic vehicle for the happy couples get away car with our 1960 Rolls Royce! Our sedans and SUV's are great for transporting parents of the newlyweds to and from the special day events! Our 8 passenger limo, as well as our 13 passenger sprinter vans, are perfect for wedding party transportation, or bachelor and bachelorette parties! Our buses, which range from 14 passengers, to 56 passengers allow our clients to choose what will work best for their guest transportation!

3. What amenities do your vehicles have (TV, bar, sunroof)? Will beverages/food be provided?

Cardinal Transportation is located in an office/warehouse complex. We perform all light maintenance on premises, and utilize local providers for heavy maintenance. Our philosophy is to continuously grow in our diligence and dedication to meeting the needs of our customers, so that they can rest assured to have the utmost quality in the services we provide to them.

Cardinal Transportation is not a broker. We 100% own the vehicles and our drivers are employees, not contractors. We employ over 50 full and part-time employees. Our drivers are fully licensed and trained hands-on in the field.

Our Vehicle amenities are subject to each vehicle, but the variety includes, Tv's, leather interiors, restrooms, outlets, cup holders, storage and so much more.

Cardinal Transportation allows snacks, and non alcoholic beverages on board all its vehicles. We do allow a bottle of alchoholic beverage in our limo, as well as our rolls royce.

4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding transportation?

We are a 24/7 operation, which makes us able to accommodate last minute changes or additions (pending availability). A customer friendly staff member will always be able to take care of your needs. Cardinal is fully licensed and insured with the fleet, management, and employee staffing to accommodate your needs. Couples should contact Cardinal Transportation 4-6 months before their wedding for best availability options.

5. How much does it cost to book your services? What is the hire price for each of your vehicles?

Our clients needs varies with each request. Cardinal Transportation provides individual quotes to ensure each customer is getting the best rate for their transportation needs.

6. What do you recommend for timing? (How long does a service last?)

Each of our vehicles have an hourly minimum, and each clients needs vary in length of service. Our reservations length is dependent on our clients requests.

7. Are the chauffeurs professionally hired and then trained?

We employ over 50 full and part-time employees. Our drivers are fully licensed and trained hands-on in the field. All employees undergo vigorous training and screening to ensure the safety of all our passengers.

8. What does the driver wear on the wedding day?

Our chauffeurs are required to dress in business attire for all our transportation services.

9. What are the back-up options if a vehicle breaks down on the day of the wedding?

Cardinal Transportation performs all light maintenance on premises, and utilize local providers for heavy maintenance. Our philosophy is to continuously grow in our diligence and dedication to meeting the needs of our customers, so that they can rest assured to have the utmost quality in the services we provide to them. In the event of a break down, we will swap vehicles with an identical vehicle or larger to accommodate our clients needs.

10. What are your cancellation and refund policies?

Our policies are vehicle specific. Our quotes and contracts detail our cancellation, refund, and billing policies in detail. Our employees can answer any other questions you may have regarding our policies.
