Hey everyone, My name is Trevor Boerner and I own Black Rose Limousine & Party Bus. We bring elegance and fun closer together than ever before. 2. What type of vehicles do you offer? (Describe the types, sizes, capacity and colors)
These are the vehicles we have to choose from for hourly rentals.
Black and white Lincoln Town Car limousines: $100 an hour and seats 8-10
Ford Excursion limo: $150 an hour and seats up to 18.
Chevy Tahoe limo: $180 an hour and seats up to 18
Hummer limo: $180 an hour and seats up to 18.
Federal built party bus: $150 an hour and seats up to 18.
Coach built party bus: $215 an hour and seats up to 35.
*All rentals have a 3 hour minimum.

3. What amenities do your vehicles have (TV, bar, sunroof)? Will beverages/food be provided?
All of our limos and party buses have Bluetooth compatible stereos, awesome lights, the best customer service, cold A/C in the summer and warm heaters in the winter. We provide water and soda pop on ice with every rental. FREE CHAMPAGNE UPON REQUEST (+21, must have valid ID)
4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding transportation?
The sooner the better when it comes to being able to have your choice of vehicle. We have been known for making last minute rentals work as well but if your after a certain vehicle its best to reserve it when you get your wedding date booked. We can normally make changes to the pick up times when the date gets closer. People will book their wedding transportation as far as an entire year out.
5. How much does it cost to book your services? What is the hire price for each of your vehicles?
To be able to book your transportation needs it will require a 20 percent deposit of the rentals total. This will go towards your balance in full. We accept all major credit cards. Upon booking we will need to know the vehicle you chose, date of rental, time (or approx), and the address of the destinations (or cities).

6. What do you recommend for timing? (How long does a service last?)
Its your choice to book either hourly or pick up and drop off. We can help recommend the amount of time you will need once we get all the details of the services needed.
7. Are the chauffeurs professionally hired and then trained?
Yes, we check our drivers background history and test every driver before they start making runs for the company.
8. What does the driver wear on the wedding day?
We are normally in a suit but will cater to your requests for colors or dress code as available.
9. What are the back-up options if a vehicle breaks down on the day of the wedding?
Black Rose Limousine has multiple vehicles and we are also incorporated with many of the other companies in the city. We have never left a client stranded because of a broken vehicle. We regularly do maintenance by mileage and time on all of our vehicles. If everything we did in our power to fix the situation failed we would issue a full refund. We haven't ran into this issue before but have set plans in play if it were to happen.
10. What are your cancellation and refund policies?
All bookings can be cancelled for a refund when done 72 hours before the renal (minus Credit Card fee). There are certain times of the year that there are no refunds allowed for cancellations (example: Prom season, Christmas lights viewings...). We review all cases and take consideration what is going on. During the COVID-19 shut down and last ice storms we refunded all payments in full to the people that booked. Our goal is to make everyone as happy as possible and we understand unexpected events happen in life.
