1. Introduction: What's your story?

Hungry Heart Films is Brian Cox and Rebecca Ciprus, just a couple goofs who think love is pretty neat. Our professional background spans over 10 years in commercial video production, photography, and design. We fell into wedding videography after a good friend asked us to film her wedding and the rest is history! We believe the best wedding films are unexpected and sincere, the kind of film that can transport you back to the feeling of that awesome day every time you watch it. We're motivated by authenticity and awesome couples.

2. How long have you been filming weddings? How many weddings have you filmed?

We've been filming for 5 years and have filmed over 100 weddings

3. How would you describe your videography style?

Our style is sincere and unembellished. We don't stage awkward poses or try to create moments that don't naturally exist. We document the real connection between you, your partner, and your amazing family and friends.

4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding videographer?

We typically book ahead 6-12 months.

5. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?

We offer one easy, all-inclusive, easy to understand package with the ability to add on available extras like unlimited coverage, a teaser film, an expedited turnaround, and drone coverage.

6. Are you the wedding videographer who will be filming on the wedding day? How many camera people and cameras will be operating on the day?

Brian and Rebecca film all of the weddings and are present for every step of the planning. Each of us will be using one camera throughout the day. For the ceremony we always have an additional camera set up for an extra angle.

7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?

We’re based in Portland, Oregon and film the entire Northwest region. We’re available to film anywhere within one hour of Portland free of charge. Further distances will incur a transparent and affordable additional cost.

8. How do you back-up your footage to ensure no footage is lost and for how long do you keep the footage after the wedding?

We back up our footage using on-site and off-site backups and keep all of our couple's footage indefinitely.

9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive the video? And how will the video be delivered?

Our standard turnaround time is up to 12 weeks, with the exception of the expedited turnaround option which is only 4 weeks. We deliver all final films via an online private film gallery. Our couple's are also mailed a USB drive containing hard copies of the final films as well as all of the raw footage and audio.

10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

If the couple cancels prior to the wedding date, the retainer will be refunded if we are able to rebook within two months prior to the wedding date.
