1. Introduction: What's your story?
We’ve spent the past 17 years capturing moments that matter to people like you. We push creative boundaries and provide strong visuals that tell your story with care. We use our skills, humor and sense of adventure to capture emotion and document moments you never want to forget. We refuse to be boring and care about telling your story.
JPG Photo & Video comprises a team of award-winning photographers who focus on documenting moments without intruding on your event. Our owner, Joseph Gidjunis, spent a decade in the newspaper industry as a reporter and photojournalist, and he’s taken his love of genuine and honest photojournalism and brought them to weddings, events and films with a talented team of like-minded visual artists. The JPG team has a knack of capturing real life in way that your family or colleagues shall treasure for generations. And they do it in an unobtrusive way full of fun and laughter.
2. How long have you been filming weddings? How many weddings have you filmed?
JPG, now with more than 1,500 weddings and films on its resume, is entering its 17th year of business. The team has the experience to make your day amazing.
3. How would you describe your videography style?
JPG is a journalistic studio. We're going to focus what makes your wedding yours, and we let you be you.
4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding videographer?
We find that most couples book us within 9 to 18 months of their wedding date. Couples may also decide to add video onto their photo package within 6 months of their wedding. Our busiest time of year is the fall and early winter, with September and October being out busiest months.

6. Are you the wedding videographer who will be filming on the wedding day? How many camera people and cameras will be operating on the day?
We have a team of 14 different photographers and videographers that we work with. We love what they do, and they love our style! Your primary videographer will be one of these people. Each videography team carries at least 5-6 cameras with them, and a variety of lenses.
7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?
For engagements, we include a 50 mile round trip of travel. For weddings, we include a 100 mile round trip. This is calculated using our studio as the starting point. After that, there is a $3 per mile fee. Tolls, parking, and tips are a flat reimbursement. We're happy to travel farther for a destination wedding in the US or abroad, with travel fees depending on location and date.
8. How do you back-up your footage to ensure no footage is lost and for how long do you keep the footage after the wedding?
Every camera is recording to 2 separate cards so that if something happens to one, we always have a second card with all the same footage. We have secure servers in studio that alert us if anything were to be failing with our system, and we always check each card two separate times to ensure we've got all your footage. We keep footage for one year after the wedding.
9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive the video? And how will the video be delivered?
Weddings are delivered within 16 weeks maximum, with the usual turnaround time being 8 weeks. Videos are delivered via an online gallery where clients can view, download, and share with friends and family.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
For weddings, retainers are not refunded. Should clients wish to reschedule, a fee of 25% of the total package will be charged. If clients cancel more than 181 days before the date, a fee of $250 will be charged but no other payments towards the contract will be owed. If they cancel between 91 and 180 days before a $1,000 fee will be charged but no other payments towards the contract will be owed. If they cancel within 90 days, client is responsible for the full amount of the contract.
