Introduction: Whats your story?

The company started overseas on a magical island called Bali. Located in the country of Indonesia. Started telling love stories there and everyone loved our films and style. We then made the move to bring the company to America! We have now done over 150 weddings and we are so excited to tell more and more love stories.

How long have you been filming weddings? How many weddings have you filmed?

We have been filming weddings for over 5 years now. Roughly around 150 weddings shot!

How would you describe your videography style?

Like a movie. Very cinematic. We take the raw emotions and portray them vividly on screen.

How well in advance should couples book their wedding videographer?

Accepted Answer

We have some couples who book us 2 years in advance and some who need us within 2 weeks notice. We are always ready!

Question 5

What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?

Accepted Answer

We have a few packages to cater to all budgets but our most popular would be an 8 hour package for around $2,500.

Are you the wedding videographer who will be filming on the wedding day? How many camera people and cameras will be operating on the day?

Accepted Answer

Yes I am! Depending on what the customer pays for either 1-2 videographers and 2 cameras.

Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?

Accepted Answer

We do charge a travel fee but that changes drastically depending on where we travel to. The main thing is flights, food, and lodging.

How do you back-up your footage to ensure no footage is lost and for how long do you keep the footage after the wedding?

We have servers and we shoot on 2 separate SD cards. After the film is delivered we keep the footage for two weeks. We always recommend our couples purchase a raw footage add-on to have every single clip we shot!

How long after the wedding will the couple receive the video? And how will the video be delivered?

2-4 weeks. The video will be delivered through an online link!

What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

Accepted Answer

In the event of rescheduling, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the couples change up to one year from the original date of the wedding.
