1. Introduction: What's your story?

Hi I’m Vince Hammond, founder and owner of Elegant Bridal Videos. I started creating video content while working in a corporate environment for the company I was working for. I really found a passion for it then but it wasn't until I put some cameras on tripods and capatured my own wedding that absolutely fell in love with this. All of the staff truly loves creating wedding films.

2. How long have you been filming weddings? How many weddings have you filmed?

We have been in business since 2019 and have filmed approximately 20 weddings.

3. How would you describe your videography style?

I think our style would best be described as a story told in documentary form.

4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding videographer?

Ideally couples should book a minimum of 6 months in advance to make sure that the date that they have chosen is available.

6. Are you the wedding videographer who will be filming on the wedding day? How many camera people and cameras will be operating on the day?

There are 4 of us and I may not always be the one filming on wedding day. We will usually have from 2 - 3 cameras.

7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?

Currently we aren't charging travels fees but please contact us as this is subject to change.

8. How do you back-up your footage to ensure no footage is lost and for how long do you keep the footage after the wedding?

Our footages is securely backed-up and stored on the cloud. Although we have access to wedding footage indefinitely, availability varies according to the plan the customer has chosen.

9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive the video? And how will the video be delivered?

8 weeks after the wedding the couple will receive the finished product. It will be delivered either via online access and/or by USB.

10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

We understand that the things come up and life happens. We will refund the customer 50% of the total up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled wedding date. The other 50% of the fee is the deposit and is non-refundable.
