About Us

Since 2006, we have been a premier wedding DJ company in the Greater Houston area, Galveston Island and other adjacent counties, providing the best DJ’s, Master of Ceremonies and Event Coordinators in the industry.

Access DJ’s was formed in 2006 in Houston. We are an entertainment company that has a great time bringing good clean music fun to our clients. All of the music is radio edited and for some of our music, we have to go beyond the radio edits. We do our own special remixes to clear certain words that are considered proper on the radio but not at all family gatherings or corporate events.

We offer three wedding packages based on four hour receptions.

FAQs

How much do you charge for a 4 hour reception and a 1 hour ceremony?

Our basic 5 hour package starts at $950. That's $850 for the 4 hour reception and $100 for the Ceremony/Cocktail hour. If you mention that you are a weddingrule.com bride and groom, we will happily discount $100 from your reception price.

What time do you arrive?

Due to the uncertain nature of Houston traffic, we try to arrive 1 1/2 hours prior to the start time. That way, if we should hit traffic, we have 30 extra minutes to deal with it. This way, we are always (at a minimum) one hour early and we can set up our systems in 30 minutes. This way, the prelude music is ready to start 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Are you insured? Our venue is requesting a rider and a $2 Million Liability policy.

We carry a $2 Million liability policy and we are able to add their "additional rider" information easily to your wedding date. Please ask your venue coordinator to send us their requirements.

Can we see you perform in person?

Unfortunately not, we do not have public performances and just as we would not allow someone to join your reception , we can't let anyone into our other client's private events. Secondly, we perform at our events based on that particular bride and grooms needs. Some brides and grooms want a serious dj, others an upbeat and fun dj. So you might not like the style chosen by the bride and groom. However, you can see some videos online at our website, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels.

What kind of music do you play?

Houston is a wonderful city with a diverse community from all over the world. We play about 37 genres in English, 15 in Spanish, Pakistani/Indian, Vietnamese, Arabic, and so many other cultures! If you can provide us with your list, we will ensure that's its played at your wedding. You can even provide us with your music on a hard drive.

    John Did an awesome job for me at my wedding I was nervous the day of my wedding. Wondering if everybody was gonna be merged together with both famili...es. John made it easy with the music selection 👌 🙌 👏 He went above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone. 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆

    Fantastic wedding DJ

    Got married Saturday and hired them to dj for it! John kept the party going at all times! He kept everything going on time and did everything to make ...sure the day went smooth! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely hire for future events!!!!
