We realize that a one size fits all weddings package doesn’t work. Over the course of two years we timed out how long it actually took us to do certain parts of the wedding planning process and ended up on an hourly rate that falls within standard planning packages. This way you aren’t charged for parts of a package you don’t need, you have the availability to reach out and ask questions at any point in time, and you can truly tell us what you need from us to make you wedding successful. We will always be there as a guiding hand so you don’t have to do it alone.

We have two planners, 2 interns, and a day of staff we contract for each wedding. Trust me it’s ridiculous to assume that one person can set up for and coordinate a wedding of 100 people. We have the staff to ensure you’re covered.

We have each of our clients access to several forms and tools that we use to help plan and coordinate your wedding day. It’s available 100% online so you can see it and we can see it. It allows us to make sure we’re all on the same page, and for you to do as much or a little of the planning that you want. We are always happy to fill out the tools for you but if you want to plan as much of your day as possible this drive is what we use to stay organized.

Yes, Venue Coordinators are hired by the venue and work for the venue, WE WORK FOR YOU!

Long story short, there are so many loose ends that have to be buttoned up 30 days prior to the wedding day, you don't want to over look anything. Not to mention if things pop up on your wedding day you could be stuck figuring things out and trust us no one wants to have to work on their wedding day.
