You will hear from your DJ by text or e-mail, two weeks prior to your event. They will be reaching out to setup a time to chat with you by phone, or in person to review the details of your day with you.

Absolutely! Complete has been training DJs for 50 years and we are really good at it, so you can trust anyone on our DJ staff to do an excellent job for you, However, if have a specific DJ on our staff you would like for your event, we would be happy to assign them to you. Keep in mind, we cannot guarantee any specific DJ and this is for your protection. Life happens. Sometimes our staff move on, or they get sick or have an unexpected event they must attend. If for some unknown reason the DJ you chose is not available, we will substitute one of our other rockstars DJs to fill in for them and you and your guests will still have a great time. We have your back in case of the unexpected!

Our most satisfied customers are by far couples who booked multiple services with us and we have the reviews to back that up. The reason for this is because you will have a team of professionals, who all know each other, working as a cohesive unit to make your day special. Yes! When you book our Premium DJ service you get "flexible time". Flexible time is all the time you need for your event as long as you are done by 1 a.m.

Of course! As a matter of fact, with Complete, you get to choose EVERYTHING! This is your day, not our DJs day. We train our DJ staff to leave their egos at the door and make sure they are taking care of you. We have a convenient online planning site called Event Manager where you will tell us all about your day, including the music you want and the music you don't want at your reception. Our DJs job is to take that information and make your vision of your day a reality. If you hand us a list of music and tell us only to play off that list and nothing else, we will do it. However, they are can also answer any questions you might have and offer suggestions when you don't know exactly how you want something to go. Our staff will do as much or as little as you want them to.
