How many guests does our venue accomodate?

The Crystal Ballroom Rock Hill can accomodate up to 150 guests.

How many hours does the rental fee include, and is there an overtime fee if I stay longer?

We offer 5 hours of total event time, with an additional 2 hours for you and your bridal party to get ready for a total of 7 hours. You do not have to worry about using hours for setup/cleanup as your included banquet staff will take care of it all! We do allow you to purchase additional hours if you want to use our facility longer.

Can I have my ceremony here, too? Is there an additional cost?

We would love for you to have both your ceremony and reception here at the Crystal Ballroom at no additional cost. Our day of event coordinators will create a perfect timeline for you to ensure your event runs smoothly!

Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?

We have an amazing bridal suite for your bridal party as well as a grooms suite!

Do you have an in-house caterer or a list of preferred vendors you can recommend?

We have an open vendor policy, which allows you to bring in the cuisine of your choice. We will offer you a list of preferred caterers at the time of booking.
