It’s me, Julie – notorious to-do list maker, macaroni and cheese connoisseur, and petter of all the dogs. I’m a native Minnesotan (you betcha!) but have lived in the Kansas City metro since 2011.
I’ve been planning weddings and events for over 7 years and am so grateful to have the opportunity to spend my days doing something I truly love! As an added bonus, my incredible (and incredibly handsome) husband John works alongside me as my CFO and occasionally as my day-of assistant. I mean, does it get better than that?

Don’t think twice!
From the very first meeting we had with Julie, we knew that she was going to work tirelessly to make our wedding day perfect. Not to mention she’s s...o much fun! On our wedding day people kept commenting about how relaxed we were and that was 100% due to our confidence in Julie. She listened to every idea we had and figured out how to make it happen. She organized all of our vendors and made it so that we didn’t have to worry about anything in the week leading up to our wedding. You really can’t put a price on being able to fully enjoy your wedding day without a single worry. I couldn’t imagine our wedding without Julie and would tell anyone thinking about hiring her to run, don’t walk!

Julie is the very best!!
Julie was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is organized and prepared for everything. We loved her bubbly personality from the second we met with... her. She knows all the best wedding vendors in the KC area and helped me assemble a true dream team of vendors! When we had to postpone our wedding due to illness, Julie had all my key wedding vendors confirmed for a new date within a week for no additional charge. Our wedding truly wouldn’t have been as lovely or stress free without Julie!

Best coordinator ever!!
Hire Fiore Events!! Julie is so personable and optimistic and was such a joy to work with!! We met with a couple planners and immediately clicked with... Julie during our initial meeting over coffee (our love language).
We hired Julie for her day-of services and she really went above and beyond. She is organized and always put us at ease during wedding planning meetings; she really thinks of everything! Whenever we had any questions, she always had answers and helped us bring our vision to life. Our wedding day was a dream thanks to Julie - the entire day went so smoothly and she made sure everything ran on time. We had such a great day and really cannot thank Julie and Fiore Events enough!

JULIE IS THE BEST!
Julie was the best decision we made when planning our wedding! We met Julie at another wedding that my now-husband was the best man in. Halfway throug...h the reception Matt comes up to me and says "we have to have Julie be our wedding planner for our future wedding! She has made today a breeze!"
Fast forward a year and a half later and we are so grateful that she was there for our day. She is so organized and detailed and blew our entire vendor team away with her professionalism and communication! She is so encouraging at every step of the wedding planning process. Whether you're considering full service planning, partial planning, or day of coordination - she is your gal!
As a wedding photographer myself I can confirm - she is everything a wedding guest, wedding party member, and fellow vendor could want to experience a wedding with. When you work with Julie you truly feel like you're gaining a new friend!

Wanna be stress free on your wedding day? Hire Julie!
I cannot stress enough how amazing Julie is. She is just so professional and supportive- I was definitely stressed before the wedding (which she kindl...y advised me on), but I didn't feel even a little bit stressed the day-of because she handled EVERYTHING to a T. I mean the day was perfection, and I never ever thought that such a thing could go off without a hitch. She's incredible, and I'm so happy to have hired her for our big day!

Just Do It

Amazing experience with Fiore Events!
Hiring Julie, owner of Fiore Events, to be our month of coordinator was seriously the best decision we could have made for our wedding planning!
We... did most of the heavy lifting of finding our venue and vendors early on but about 2-3 months before our date we started to become overwhelmed with organizing all of the vendors, contracts, tasks, and the feeling we there were things we hadn’t thought of. A big goal of ours was also to not put any of the burden of coordinating, decorating, or cleaning on our parents on the day of.
So it was at this point we decided to look into wedding coordinators to take over. Julie came highly recommended from two close friends so we got her on a Zoom and knew immediately, without question that she was our person.
She took over, took the weight off our shoulders and made the remaining weeks before our wedding completely stress free. We started calling her the stress eliminator because every time we talked any concerns we had were zapped away!
Sadly she was already booked for our big day but she put one of her top people on our wedding, Dana, and she handled everything seamlessly. Our wedding went off without a hitch and us and our parents and us got to enjoy our wedding day without a care in the word!
We would highly, highly recommend Julie and Fiore Events!

Fiore is Flawless And Fantastic!
We were absolutely thrilled with Fiore Events wedding coordination services. Julie was outstanding to work with from day one. She helped us during the... prep process for our initial wedding, and then was invaluable as we pivoted to move our big reception one year later due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her upbeat attitude and expertise really put our minds at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her recommended vendors were all top notch. On the day, she was a true professional. She was on top of every moment, and made sure the event was flawless, and we, and our families, got to relax and enjoy. She was went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt they were in good hands. We cannot recommend her highly enough! If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, know Julie is well worth it! She is fantastic!

The G.O.A.T of Wedding Planners!
Julie of Fiore Events is the G.O.A.T. of wedding coordination - 10s, 10s, 10s across the board! She and her team made our wedding experience absolutel...y magical. My now-husband and I had the great misfortune of scheduling our wedding for April 2020 and had hired Fiore Events for day-of coordination. When COVID-19 hit, we were able to reschedule for October 2021 but unfortunately lost our venue to the pandemic along the way. Unsurprisingly, planning a wedding in the midst of a global pandemic tripled the stress of an already wildly-stressful event so Julie graciously accepted our request to upgrade our wedding coordination package. Julie rolled with every twist and turn that came our way, and I'm not sure we would have made it out of this process alive without her steady hand and guidance from Day 1. Our actual wedding day was FLAWLESS - if anything went wrong, we had no idea because of Julie's impeccable management skills. She has become a dear friend to us throughout this experience, and I'd honestly like to hire her just to coordinate our day-to-day lives. If you're thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator for your big day (which is something you should DEFINITELY do for your own sanity), Fiore Events better be your #1 choice.

Julie is the BEST!
Julie was absolutely AMAZING! I feel so completely blessed and lucky that my husband and I had her as our coordinator. As a bride, stress can be high ...but she was 100% the reason I held myself together before the wedding and on my wedding day. She took care of absolutely everything, communicated, directed, and made it all come together. Members of my bridal party even say that they just need a Julie for their life🤣 She managed to coordinate everyone while keeping the wedding low stress and being so so kind. My husband and I joke that we need more of our friends to get married so we can hang out with Julie again! Do yourself a favor and if you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator (and Julie specifically), DO IT! Enjoy your day, and Julie will take care of the rest!!! I can’t say enough great things. My wedding truly wouldn’t have been as fantastic as it was without her!

Best Coordinator Ever!
I absolutely recommend Fiore Events to anyone interested in a coordinator or planner!! When I started planning our wedding, I knew I wanted a day-of c...oordinator to help with our wedding day timeline, to set up decorations, and to help pack up at the end of the night. Julie exceeded my expectations and did so much more!!
I originally was going to use the day-of coordinator associated with our venue, but that person already had so many responsibilities with the venue and other weddings. It was important to me that I have a personal relationship with the coordinator and be able to trust they cared about our wedding day as much as we did. We had a consultation with Julie and immediately knew we needed her for our wedding. She is so fun and friendly and has a lot of valuable wedding experience. She offers a variety of different packages and add-ons to provide exactly what you need! She was available and responsive to all my questions and emails throughout the year leading up to the wedding.
In the final month, she would check in with me regularly to see if there was anything I needed and she finalized all the wedding day details with each vendor which was a huge help. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond! Our wedding party knew exactly what to expect and where to be thanks to her help with the rehearsal and her print outs of the timeline. She was so attentive to my detailed requests and allowed us to enjoy the day by not having to worry about decorating or organizing! Julie is not only great at what she does, but is also so genuine and kind. We absolutely loved working with her and couldn't imagine our wedding day without her!!

Amazing Coordinator!!
If I could suggest one thing for every bride, it would be to hire an amazing coordinator... but make sure it's a coordinator from Fiore Events! Julie ...was a critical part of the planning process and she helped us stay on track through the entire process. The wedding day couldn't have gone any smoother! Julie was on top of every detail and if there could be a flawless wedding without any hiccups, this was it! My only goal for the wedding day was to be able to relax and enjoy the fun. Because of Julie, I was able to be "in the moment" all day long and truly enjoy all of our hard work.

Life changing experience!
Julie was the best thing to happen to our wedding planning and wedding day! She is the best friend you are looking for when planning a wedding! Julie ...is organized, creative, supportive, and so helpful! The communication with each other as well as other vendors was incredible. After each meeting, I left feeling SO good! She has amazing ideas and was really able to read what my vision was, and make it work! I felt like I just had lunch with a good friend, the planning was going well, and nothing could go wrong!
