Meet Floralei’s
Hi there! My name is Lori McQuiddy. I am a New Jersey girl turned Californian. I moved to the West Coast with the passion to pursue my dreams and bring beauty and warmth wherever I go. I just so happened to meet the love of my life on my first journey to San Diego and we currently live in the Bay Area of San Francisco.
I am a creative designer with a passion for handcrafting original pieces. My love for flowers shows in my designs in which I enjoy sharing with my clients. I greatly appreciate all the outdoors has to offer us and I utilize that for my inspiration. We live as “green” as possible and always try to incorporate sustainability into all of my projects.
The name Floralei's originates from an old nickname of mine, "Loralei" and my love for florals. It has been my dream for as long as I can remember to open my own flower shop. Just about 8 years ago I had the opportunity to begin my floral designing dreams, it has given me so much pleasure designing florals for brides and grooms on their special day. I love being a part of such a magical moment in their lives. It brings me so much joy seeing the Bride's faces when I hand deliver their bouquets. That moment is what makes me continue doing what I love to do. I am passionate about nature and all the beauty it brings to our lives, so I try to be as sustainable in my practice as I can. I work extremely hard to create the most special, memorable designs for each of my clients and go above and beyond to do that. Creativity is my happy place and flowers are my passion. So, needless to say- being a Floral Designer is my dream job.
