Horrible
I signed a contract, understand there is no refund on the deposit, but due to Covid we had to cancel our event due to Covid, and we even extended our ...event for over a year. I basically gave him free money. Ryan is very hard to get ahold of, had to hire the DJ who was a former employee, who has told me several employees have left four star entertainment because he's a horrible person to work with, and doesn't pay his staff. Please don't be victim and avoid his service.
