Mansion: Up to 150 guests seated or up to 200 guests with additional tenting. Carriage House: Up to 75 guests seated.

No, you must choose from our approved list of caterers and kosher caterers, which can be found on our rental rates pages under Weddings/Parties.

Mansion: We can comfortably accommodate your guests with first-floor bathrooms, a handicap entrance from the driveway, and reserved parking spaces located next to the house and close to the door. Please note that the outdoor ceremony garden is NOT handicap accessible, but the indoor ceremony space and adjoining rooms are. Carriage House: Parking spots are located close to the Carriage House for your guests, and the brick courtyard and all interior rooms are handicap accessible. There is one accessible restroom. The ceremony garden may be reached via the entry point closest to the large tree, follow the pathway and enter the garden through a vine covered trellis.

Our overnight guest rooms are not included to get ready in, and must be booked separately. Gramercy Mansion offers eleven unique guest rooms. A 50% discount is available to wedding couples for the night of their wedding. We do have exclusive packages that include all the guest rooms, and we encourage you to check guest room availability and reserve a room or suite at the time of contract signing.

All alcohol must be provided and served by the caterer, who also provides the bartender. We do not allow self-serve alcohol stations, self-pour bottles or kegs.
