Inappropriate Communication
3 days before the wedding, Jessica misrepresented our (parents) wishes for aspects of the wedding photography to our daughter (the bride), suggesting ...that we wanted no photos of the groom, for reasons that remain unclear. This created a situation that could not be reconciled before the wedding. We were forced to find someone else on short notice, and were fortunate to be able to do so. Despite acknowledging her responsibility for the situation, she refused any refund of the full fee that we had paid in advance. It was such an inappropriate and unprofessional behavior that it made us wonder if it was intentional.
