Scam
Jon is has been over a month since our wedding was cancelled by the hurricanes in Florida. You have not returned any call or emails regarding the fund...s we payed for your services. This is extremely unprofessional and seems like a scam. Stay Away!

Hi Justin. It is unfortunate that you continue this harassment. I have honored our contract in everyway. Continued, unfair and false reviews will be m...et with legal action. As the contract states, and was thoroughly explained to your Fiancé on the phone upon relocating your wedding from the Bilmar to Aloft Midtown, there are no monetary refunds for late cancellations. Money paid, including the retainer, is moved to your rescheduled date as full "store credit". See Section 3 -Cancellation terms which your fiancé signed and initialed, " If the client cancels or reschedules the event and services for any reason within 30 days of the event, and the photographer is not available for the rescheduled date or is unable to re-book the date, any amounts previously paid within this agreement are non-refundable." The contract exists and was agreed upon to spell out and deal with such issues if they arise. Understand that upon booking 7 months prior, you held a prime date during wedding season, an date opportunity that we lose upon your cancelation. Sub-contractors ( photographers, assistants, editors) are paid and secured in advance for that date and are non-refundable. We perform services throughout and leading up to your wedding, such as meetings/calls with the couple as well as other vendors, work on timelines and set up and build the web page for your wedding photos. I only ask that you honor the signed contract and it's terms. You can use money paid to your wedding for photography services for a rescheduled wedding or any other photography services we provide.
