Wedding at Boston Harbor Hot
Kelly was my day of coordinator for my wedding at the Boston Harbor Hotel on 9/17/21 and I couldn’t have asked for someone better.
She was so kin...d, easy going and organized. She had everything in place before our wedding day and the day was absolutely perfect! I didn’t have to worry about a thing!
I can’t thank her enough for making my wedding day so flawless! Everything went so smooth because of her!

Wonderful Wedding at Boston Harbor Hotel
Kelly did a great job planning and handling the vendors on the day of my daughters.
Everything was in place several weeks before the wedding and th...e wedding day was flawless.
I would highly recommend Kelly - she did a great job for me and my daughter.

Could not have asked for a better partner!
As a manager of a wedding venue in the Boston area, I have worked with many event planners. I had the pleasure of working with Kelly on a recent wedd...ing - one that had to be rescheduled twice during the pandemic. She remained flexible, patient and calm as restrictions and guidelines constantly evolved. She did a great job of balancing the clients needs and visions with what was possible in the space. I would highly recommend Kelly as planner for any event!

Wonderful wedding!
We cannot thank Kelly enough for her amazing coordination of our wedding. My husband and I had originally intended to get married on April 25, 2020, ...but we were forced to reschedule not once, but three times due to COVID-19. Kelly worked with us through every round of rescheduling, contacting vendors, giving us advice, and also walking us through the ever-changing COVID-19 regulations. In the end, we were able to have a 45 person gathering at the Boston Harbor Hotel’s Meritage Room, with unforgettable views, amazing food, and the delightful celebration that so many of us needed. We thought that our guests would come to celebrate and they were ready to party! This is all thanks to Kelly’s coordination of the event, working with our venue, and again, remaining supremely flexible throughout. Her vendor recommendations were also amazing, and our hair and makeup stylist was just who we were looking for (the perfect stylist for Asian hair and makeup). She just seemed to understand our needs and was able to come through repeatedly...our time of crisis instead became a wonderful memory. In addition to being a great wedding planner, Kelly is also a fantastic human being.
