How long have you been doing wedding planning and management?

KJ Coordination has been in business since November 2020, and have proudly served over 20 couples throughout the Pacific Northwest.

What do you offer in terms of set up and tear down?

Set up and tear down is included in every planning and management package! We provide great attention to every planned detail and relieve the stress of cleaning up from family and friends to ensure they celebrate your day to the fullest!

Are there currently any discounts or promotions couples should take advantage of?

We provide a discount for you if you choose a preferred venue or vendor as well as a referral discount. Be sure to inquire about current seasonal promotions!

How often can we contact you with questions?

Every planning and management package includes unlimited contact via call, text, and email as well as one or two hour-long monthly meetings leading up to the event.

What is the booking fee for our event?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit alongside a signed contract to book KJ Coordination for your event.
