Lithia Loft is a luxury event venue offering full-service event planning and all-inclusive packages for weddings and elopements, showers, dinner parties, corporate events, picnics and date nights, and much more.

Our private event space is located in a second story in beautiful downtown Ashland with large windows letting in natural light and views of Grizzly Peak. The event space is flexible and can be configured to suit any need. Private bathroom, mini-kitchen and rear patio usage are included with every event rental.

What packages do you offer?

We offer a range of packages to fit every need, schedule and budget. Rent the loft by the hour and bring in your own decor, add partial or full tableware and decor for your reception, or let us handle it all for you. All rentals include full and exclusive access to the loft, along with private restroom, kitchenette, dressing room, rear patio, tables and chairs, and more.

How large is the space?

Lithia Loft is a large main room that occupies most of the second floor of the building and can be configured for a variety of uses. It features a mini-kitchen and bar in the rear, a restroom, and a large covered patio facing Will Dodge Way in the back. The loft can seat up to 30 in Chiavari chairs (included with every rental) with additional seating options available, and the space's approximate comfortable capacity is 45.

Can I tour the space before booking?

Absolutely! We'd love to show you around and chat about options. Please visit our website, email, call or text to set up a no-obligation tour.

Do you work with vendors?

Yes! We have a list of preferred vendors who can supply food, florals, decor, bar service, DJ, and almost anything else. You are welcome to bring in any vendors as you see fit and we are happy to help coordinate as needed.

Is the space equipped for children? What about accessibility?

Kids are welcomed! We have a small, glass-walled room directly adjacent to our main room that is furnished with toys, a small table and chairs, and a teepee. Lithia Loft is located on the second floor. Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator. Some individuals may require assistance traversing the stairs.
