How much should I budget for flowers for a Mountain Wedding?

For mountain weddings, we suggest a starting budget of six-thousand, but you may wan to think about budgeting a bit more if flowers are a priority. Mountain events have a higher starting range for services because of the distance for delivery and logistics for set-up and tear-down. We require that our designers stay overnight in the mountains after the strike to keep them safe after a long day of designing and cleaning up from the event.

How much does delivery and set-up and strike usually cost?

The service portion of your floral order is usually 15% to 20% of your overall floral order. For the mountains it is usually closer to 20% because the team spends a much longer time servicing your event than an event that happens in the Denver Area.

What does "in-season" floral mean?

"In-season" does not necessarily mean less expensive, but it does mean more beautiful and more predictable! We try and use locally grown flowers during the summer and choosing in-season florals is what allows us to support the local growers in Denver. If this is important to you, consider planning your wedding in July, or August or early September to get the best local blooms!
