An awful experience!
We decided to hire Revel + Bloom because they were referred to us by a mutual friend, but quickly discovered that Elise capitalizes on designs from ot...her event planners and rarely offers original ideas. Her most quoted line is "this is what I've done in the past, so it should work for you". When we challenged her to personalize our wedding to our tastes, she quoted us an increased price, which we agreed to, and we still only received a "mood board" with images that we had previously sent to Elise. As the wedding got closer, her support dwindled and we heard from Elise less and less, leading up to Elise walking away from our wedding the week before it took place (with all of our money). Our team of wedding vendors were shocked at how poorly we had been treated and asked us to let others know. If you want a rinse and repeat wedding, you could consider hiring Elise, but I would highly encourage you to look elsewhere and hire a planner that genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience based on what you dream of, instead of recycling what Elise has taken credit for in the past.
