Hands down the best!!!
Rickochet Entertainment was hands down the easiest vendor and company to work with! We cannot say enough about them! They were there for us through th...e first phone call all the way until our wedding day. They listened and understood our vision of what we wanted and especially with our specific music that we wanted to have played. We also highley suggest getting the photo booth package. That thing was so cool and we have so many pictures for memories. You have to book Rickochet for your wedding or event! You will be so happy you did!

Amazing DJ Company!!
We had such an amazing experience with Rickochet Entertainment! They went above and beyond for us! They were very detailed, helpful and they are very ...experienced in what they do. They provided so many suggestions on our wedding planning calls. We also booked the photo booth package, in which all of our guests loved it! It was non stop fun with the photo booth and dancing!! You have to pick this company!

It's been two months since our wedding and everyone is still talking about how amazing t...he DJ company and the wedding was! Our DJ mixed and blended the each song from one song to the next in such a flawless and cool way! It sounded amazing and we already have two other couples wanting to book Rickochet Entertainment for their wedding! The dancefloor was packed all night long and we received so many compliments from all of our guests. We LOVED the photo booth that came with our package, and you have to book this company for your wedding or event! You will NOT be dissapointed!

We Love this company!!!
We fell in love with this company from our very first call with them. We were a little hesistant at first, because of a couple bad reviews that we rea...d, but all of the others were 5star! Our venue and wedding planner referred Rickochet Entertainment. So we trusted their referral, becuase they see all the vendors that they want to work with. Then we had an amazing call with Rick and Jodi the management staff. They were so transparent, honest and caring about our wedding day on that first call. They also had mentioned that they had a DJ staff member attached to those bad reviews and that is not an employee anymore. We loved there online client portal, and we picked and customize our wedding playlist. We had 3 extensive calls and web chat calls with them. They were so helpful on those calls with suggestions. It truly shows all of their experience that they have, and they were their for us through the whole wedding planning experience. They are very detailed and prepared! They did such an amazing job, and all of our guests are still talking about dancing all night! We also had the photo booth package. It was so much fun and we have so many pictures and memories from our wedding night!!! Thank you for everything Rickochet!!!

Horrible
Worst experience we had as a vendor for our entire wedding. If you want your wedding to go smoothly DO NOT hire. Was told that Rick would be our DJ on... the wedding day and if something came up we would get to meet the new DJ – never got to meet the new DJ and Rick was not at all involved. Their equipment “failed” and they did not have any way to play any of the songs that we had put into the different playlist throughout the different wedding events. DJ ended up using YouTube with ads!! And played ads between the father-daughter and mother-son dance until we asked him to get off and ended up logging into a bridal party members Spotify to play songs for the duration of the wedding and our friends just adding songs. We were told explicitly by Rick in a meeting that they would play clean versions only of song requests and boy was that not even close to true. Many totally wedding inappropriate songs were played (again because friends were DJing off Spotify with venue equipment) but still at that point the DJ forgot he even had a job and was outside smoking. Oh! And to top it off I got a call the day prior to our wedding (while at rehearsal) that there would be no photobooth attendant and no recompensating or backup plan. After this debacle we tried to contact Rick who was unbelievably evasive so we hired a lawyer – have a great case for breech of contract and all the papers to file are sitting on my desk but at the end of the day the DJ was the least expensive part of the wedding and the time to spend in court is not worth the few thousand we would get from him. We delayed writing a review because we still might decide to go to court, but figured other clients should be warned. Bride to bride DO NOT hire this company!
