ABOUT SHANNON
I am a local girl, born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu (Kaimuki girl). It all started in high school when I took my first photography class. I started off with black and white film, developing everything on my own in a darkroom. I dabbled in the fashion scene, shot some events, and I took a couple of classes in college. But then I was asked to 2nd shoot for someone at a wedding…that was it. The fire was ignited and I knew that this was something I wanted to be doing for the rest of my life. I quit nursing school to pursue this passion of mine. There is nothing I love more than being able to capture timeless memories for people to enjoy for a lifetime. It would mean the world to me if you would allow me to do that for you.
Love comes in all shapes and forms. As long as it's real authentic love, it's always a beautiful thing. Every wedding comes with a different couple and a different story. Whatever your story is, it would be an absolute privilege to capture it for you. I take my job very seriously and know you are trusting me with your memories. This is going to be one of the rare occasions where both of your friends and family will be together. I want the both of you truly enjoying your day and celebrating your love with all of your loved ones. I'll make sure to create stunning formal photos for you but also capture all the unforgettable candids as well. There's beauty all around us and it's my job to bring that out through my photos. My work is vibrant, fun and genuine. Like I said, every couple has their own unique story. I'm here to make sure you will always have a way to relive your amazing day for a lifetime.
