Truthfully, we love couples who are organized and detailed oriented. That being said, there are so many unique details and logistics that go into a wedding day. Each is so important to a seamless wedding day and is woven into the timeline. We've structured our wedding management offering accordingly so we can fully understand your event and deliver amazing service on your special day. Just coming in on the wedding day we would not be able to know all of the information needed in order to serve you well.

Like you, we work typical business hours, but we understand that you may not be available before 5 pm. We are available to meet after 5 pm and on weekends (based on availability). Many of our planning sessions occur via video chat to make it super convenient for you. Other meetings with vendors or onsite visits at your venue are scheduled during their operating hours.

We did at one time offer partial planning, but we found that most couples who were able to plan their wedding on their own sometimes found they needed a bit of assistance to simplify the planning process, but didn't need as much as what was included in our partial. Therefore, we decided to create something that would help them with some additional help at an affordable price, so we created our À-La-Carte options to add to the Wedding Management package.

The short answer is yes, to a point! Often times we find that this is an initial need that prompts a couple to reach out. From setting out your welcome sign to escort cards, and non-floral centerpiece, these are personal items that most couples include in their design inventory. Beyond that, we are supervising other vendors in their roles during the setup window. If you're thinking of tables, chairs, linens, and similar design elements, we recommend hiring vendors who include set up and strike in their offering. Our job, as the planning team, is to manage the whole event including the other vendors. The florist's primary job, on the other hand, is designing your florals and her entire focus is on creating those. In the past when our team has been setting out items other than what we mentioned above, it doesn't allow us to manage the vendor team and support them. We find it works best when we handle the personal details and other vendors such as the renal company and florist are handling the other setup tasks.
