Sonshine Barn

We offer a weekend wedding package that includes the barn with heat and a/c, outdoor arbor, farmhouse that sleeps 24 guests, a clubhouse with a basketball court, walk-in cooler, lighted parking lot, tables, chairs, set up, and a day of wedding planner.

Our weekend runs from Friday noon to Sunday noon but a bride does have the option of renting additional nights at our farmhouse.

We do offer a preferred vendor list, but brides can use any vendor of their choice.

The deadline for clearing your items from the Barn is Saturday at midnight. If you rent through our onsite decoration rental company, V&S rentals, they will remove the decorations for you.

Our day-of wedding planners work with you to plan your dream wedding. They help you best utilize our venue such as helping you coordinate the seating layout, refer vendors, and offer suggestions for your theme. Coordinating the traffic flow for your ceremony and reception is an important element that can make your special day successful or stressful for you and your guests. Our planners are experts on our venue, so they can offer tips on how best to arrange tables, chairs, and the dance floor. Since they’ve live in Gaylord, they’re well informed on local and regional vendors. As an extra, they work with V & S Rentals (a rental decorating business) to help you save time and money renting decorations for your special event. V & S offers rental decoration services too. On the day of your wedding, your planner and her assistant will make sure your day goes smoothly!
