Springdale Station features two large event halls with beautiful hardwood floors and huge windows, 1 acre of outdoor space perfect for ceremonies, a charming bridal suite, and plenty of parking.
Exclusive use of the Springdale Station event buildings, surrounding grounds, outdoor areas inside the rock wall, and the bridal suite for between noon and midnight. A one-hour rehearsal time can be scheduled around other bookings. We also provide an on site venue manager for a 10 hour block and the cleaning service after your event is complete.
Catering, linens, bar, decor, AV needs, and all event production costs are not included.
We now also offer “turnkey” service in which we organize all of the food, beverage, and decor for you. For a quote on these added services, please email us at [email protected].
You may choose any caterer or vendor you like. We do not charge a penalty or fee if you choose vendors who are not on our list. We also do not have a liquor license, which means that you can serve whatever alcohol you’d like to serve. All alcohol must be served by TABC licensed bartenders. Alcohol may not be sold on site, but can be given away as part of your event
Springdale Station handles all of the deep cleaning including cleaning the floors, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. If you decide to go with our furniture package, then we handle all of the set up and breakdown of your furniture. You are responsible for removing all decor, personal items, and rented items at the end of the night as well as removing the trash. If you’d like us to handle trash removal, we charge a $150 fee.
