Full Planning and Design is perfect for busy power couples. This is a complete wedding planning, design, and coordination package to bring your wedding vision to life. Our expert planner meets with you to learn what makes your love story unique and what style defines you and designs custom details to create a jaw-dropping guest experience. We collaborate with you to build the perfect vendor team and take care of all the details to ensure a seamless event.

60-Day Coordination is for the couple who wants to plan their own wedding and have professional help with the details when things get stressful. Includes a wedding planning roadmap so you know your planning is on track. Our expert planner meets with you to discuss your wedding vision. She creates a custom wedding planning roadmap for you that breaks your wedding planning into manageable pieces to remove the overwhelm. Then 60 days before your wedding, we transition from your planning to our expert management so you can relax and be a guest at your own wedding

Either way, our philosophy is simple. We get shit done. You don’t have time to research vendors for every decision, negotiate pricing, go to planning meetings, find hotel rooms for out-of-town guests, and scour pinterest and instagram for every new trend. You have a life, and it’s busy without planning your wedding. We get it.

We will meet and caffeinate and get to work. We know which vendors will match your style and budget, we style your wedding to reflect your unique love story, we create a kick-ass guest experience, we obsess over the details so you don’t have to. Here’s the truth… when you look good, we look good. And we love to look good. So we work our tails off to ensure your wedding rocks.

The Stephanie Rose Events 5 Step No-Stress Wedding Planning Process
1. Vision – We listen to you. We get your vision. We understand your priorities and desired guest experience.
2. Team Building – We recommend venues and vendors to bring your vision to life. They become your wedding dream team and fit your budget and style. We negotiate their contracts.
3. Logistics – Timeline, payment schedules, reception layouts, seating charts. We manage all the tedious details so you don’t have to.
4. Rehearsal – Nothing is left to chance.
5. Wedding Day – Relax and be a guest at your own wedding

Event planners will actually save you money through their connections with vendors and venues and knowing what's worth the splurge and what's not.
Without a planner, you or your family (most likely your mom) will field questions from your DJ, photographer and caterer all night long. Any fires that arise - like a fingerprint on the cake, a missing centerpieces or a late officiant - will need to be put out by you - usually while you're posing for photos. Your vendors prefer you have a planner and one point of contact too.
The term "day of planner" is misleading. No one can come in on your wedding day and implement all of your planning - without you having to direct them all day long. 60 days is the minimum amount of time you should hire a planner to work for your wedding. That allows her to get to know you, your vision, your vendors and recommend ways to make the day less stressful and memorable.
