Pastry chef and founder, Amber Holmes’ passion for culinary arts began at a very young age with just playing with her easy bake oven to baking and creating pastries for friends and families. Amber decided to further her education by attending Florida State College at Jacksonville and earning her degree in culinary management and Le Cordon Bleu earning her degree in baking and patisserie. Working in restaurants, bakeries, and hotels in New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, and Orlando, she began gaining knowledge and experience in the restaurant industry. Throughout her journey, she always knew that she wanted to be an entrepreneur and be her own boss. Her vision and dreams began with creating Sweet & Chic Events.
