FAQs

Do you have required vendors?

The only required vendor you must use is our bartending service. We have a list of preferred vendors we can provide you if you would like.

Are we responsible for set up and tear down?

No, The Barn at the Woods employees will set up all of our rental items prior to the event and tear them down following the event. The only thing you are responsible for are personal decorations and belongings.

What is your maximum capacity?

We list our capacity at 200 guests. We do allow events larger than but we only have tables and chairs for 200 guests.

Does your venue have heat and/or air conditioning?

The farmhouse and cottage have both heating and air which you and your guests will have access to all day long. Our barn does not have heating or air at this time but we do allow the use of our patio heaters in the barn.

Are pets allowed at your property?

Yes, but we do not allow them inside the Farmhouse with the exception of service animals.
