This unique property, originally built in 1910 and moved from another location, is rich in local history and has been renovated to include modern-day conveniences perfect for any occasion.

We offer wedding packages to suit a variety of needs. What’s included in your package will vary depending on the package you choose. At the base level, all Lighthouse weddings include:

– Up to a 10-hour rental
– One-hour Planning Session with a Lighthouse Representative
– On-site Ceremony Rehearsal (if applicable)
– Use of the beautifully manicured East and West Gardens
– Use of The Waterfront Patio Deck
– Event Tables and Chairs
– Setup and Breakdown of Venue-Provided Tables and Chairs

Rates: Luxury wedding package rates begin at $13,500. Signature wedding rates begin at $10,000. Weekday wedding rates (Monday-Thursday) begin at $8,000. Rates are dependent on day of the week and time of year. We also offer Petite Event packages for intimate ceremonies within the next 90 days and Weekend Buyout options. Please inquire for rates.

FAQs

A: The maximum venue capacity is 195, with additional fees for guest counts that exceed 150. We offer options for Indoor seating in our Waterfront Room for 150 or Outdoor seating in the West Garden for up to 195 guests.
A: We recommend selecting a vetted preferred full-service caterer from our Preferred Partners' list of Caterers. You are welcome to bring in your own, but they would be subject to General Managers approval and an additional fee. Note: For Lighthouse-coordinated events, clients must contract a caterer from our Preferred Partners list.
A: All alcohol must be serviced by a licensed and insured vendor. There is no self-service alcohol allowed. Many full-service caterers have the capability to serve your purchased alcohol. If you intend for alcohol to be sold at your private event (i.e. you are not purchasing it yourself), you will be required to contract a third-party licensed beverage service company with a valid liquor license. Many beverage vendors provide affordable beverage packages as well as some of our Approved Full-Service Caterers. Please ask your sales representative for guidance or refer to our extensive Preferred Partners list.
A: Yes. We require proof of a minimum of a $1,000,000 policy listing The Lighthouse LLC as additional insured and must include Host Liquor Liability. The Certificate of Insurance is due 60 days before your event and is to be acquired separately. We recommend www.wedsafe.com or www.eventhelper.com. The average cost is around $175. We also highly recommend event insurance which is separate from liability insurance. Both are available through the websites listed above. Additionally, vendors are required to provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance for your event. Please see the Facility Use Policies for more details.
A: For all weddings, a licensed Coordinator or Planner must be present for the duration of your event. You can add Coordination Services through The Lighthouse or hire a vendor of your choice. For 2023 bookings and beyond, you will be required to hire a full-service licensed planner. Note: If adding Coordination Services through The Lighthouse, it must be added no later than five months prior to the event date and is subject to availability.
