Our entire venue serves as a blank canvas for your wedding day to personalize, ensuring your wedding is a unique reflection of your style and personality.

At The Orchards, you receive private access to the venue and grounds for your entire event.In addition you receive the following: - On-site wedding venue management team focused on setting the scene. - Set-up of all venue furniture (tables and chairs). - Access to Wedding Decor Collection, including chargers, greenery, table decorations, and much more. - Complete post-event tear down and cleaning. -"The Complete Guide to Planning Your Wedding", written by the owner of The Orchards. - Built-in kitchen area with refrigeration. - Heating and air conditioning for year round comfort. - Swoon-worthy groom cottage to get ready in. - Chic bridal cottage with hair and makeup stations. - Multiple interior venue locations eliminate the need to rent a dance floor. -Ability to host indoor ceremonies in the event of rain.
We value your privacy and acknowledge this is a key reason couples love The Orchards. We only host one wedding or event per day to ensure that each couple and their guests receive the full attention they deserve, and we absolutely do not host tours during your rental time frame.
Absolutely! It is our top priority to create a stress-free environment so that you and your spouse can truly be guests at your own event. The Orchards management team will see to the facility-related responsibilities freeing you and your families from any organizational worries on your special day.
Our staff will be on-site long before your arrival preparing the property and setting up tables, chairs, and centerpieces according to your selected floor plans and chosen centerpieces. If you've opted to use our free rental collections, we'll be setting the scene prior to your arrival; if you are bringing your own DIY wedding decor, we'll be happy to set up your decor under the supervision of person you designate; if you're employing professional wedding decorators, planners, or designers, we'll be available to assist them in any way possible.
In order to keep our property in a consistent state for all our couples we do have some guidelines to prevent alterations or damages that could affect subsequent guests: Free standing decorations only are allowed inside and outside on the property. Candles are only permitted if they are battery powered. No flames are allowed on the premises. The only acceptable forms of party favor for sendoff are bubbles, live rose pedals, and wedding sparklers. The following items are prohibited in decorating and may NOT be used on the property: nails, screws, tacks, staples, tape, glitter, and confetti. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it. All personal belongings, decorations brought on-site, and flowers are to be removed by the end of the rental period.
