We will work with you on every detail, if it relates to the overall look and feel of your event- we do it! Our event styling services will tie your entire event together.

Vine & Oak Events is an event design and florist company based in Philadelphia, PA.

Working with us entails that we will partner with you to create the overall aesthetic and beauty of your event. Whether that means showcasing a beautiful venue or creating an environment in a blank canvas venue. We will work with you on every detail: initial creative design, sourcing other vendors, choosing and sourcing colors, linens, stationary and calligraphy, rentals, installations such as escort walls and lounges, and—of course—floral design. If it relates to the overall look and feel of your wedding- we do it! Our event styling services will tie your entire event together.

Don’t need all of that- and only want flowers? Don’t panic, we also offer just floral design. Sometimes clients use a bit of both services. We can meet with you and see what exactly your needs are for your event and go from there.

Please note we are completely bespoke and do not offer packages. Our proposals are completely custom. We have a minimum spend of $7000, plus setup and delivery. If you think we would be a good fit reach out and let's chat!

Yes. We require at least $7000, plus a setup and delivery fee. This insures we can offer you the full Vine & Oak experience.
Event stylists are responsible for transforming a space into an extraordinary atmosphere. They select and organize colors, textures, ambiance, floral design, table top design, ceiling and wall treatments, paper and graphic details, cake design, furniture, and more. In short, event stylists focus on the big and small details that make events truly personalized and unique. Stylists also coordinate with design-related vendors to ensure the artistic and visual components are cohesive, streamlined, and yield amazing, memorable results.
There are two types of event professionals you may come across: event planners and event stylists. While their titles seem similar, they each perform very important, very distinct roles. Event Planners: Planners love logistics. Basically, they’re responsible for making sure things happen when and where they’re supposed to. Planners develop timelines and communicate all expectations, details, and important information to the entire vendor team. Event Stylists: Stylists thrive on creative details. They make sure all the artistic elements of an event come together to evoke the theme, desired atmosphere, or brand—and ensure an exquisite experience for each guest.
Although we offer styling, rentals, lounges and florals you are not required to use all of our services. We can do just florals!

    Best decision of my entire wedding was hiring Vine & Oak!

    Jackie and Erica really took the time to go above and beyond to nail every detail down to literally every single flower was perfection. They really ex...ceeded my high expectations. Wedding decor can be so redundant but they created such a unique and magical experience that was personalized to us and our guests noticed!! We are so grateful to them for bringing our wedding vision to life and making it a day we will always remember!

    You made my vision REAL!

    You ladies are the most spectacular humans i have ever met! everything was perfect: the ceremony, the reception and the after party tent! i was speech...less! every little detail was so thought out. y’all are amazing at your job! NEVER STOP! it brings us so much joy seeing the photos. our family and friends keep saying how beautiful it was and i completely agree. we are beyond thankful 🥲 i have put your name out there numerous times to new brides so i hope people listen to me cause their day will be special! i am so so happy!
