They are THIEVES!!
My cousin had planned a wedding here. Unfortunately it was cancelled. The man said my aunt who paid for her wedding could use the Venus at a later tim...e. My aunt said I could use it for the event I needed. When I called I had questions about how it would work to transfer it to me.
But every time I tried to ask a question the owner would interrupt me, not letting me get a word a full sentence across. I finally got upset and said "but can I please ask a question without being interrupted?" To which he laughed and said "you have a lot of attitude for someone trying to get something for free." I then said "well it's not for free, my aunt already paid 12k but I'm trying to ask a question and you're not letting me." He got upset, (misogyny man syndrome) that a woman stood her ground, and said only my aunt would be able to coordinate the services since she paid. I said okay I’ll have her call.
My aunt calls and the whole conversation goes: “look you niece can never step foot into my establishment. Idc if she is a guest at your daughters wedding. I never wanna see her face in my venue or she’ll be kicked out. I don’t like her attitude and she will never step foot in this place.”
The way this man spoke to me and my family gave me so much anxiety and never in my life has a person been so disrespectful. Pretty much stole 12k from my family since he broke his contract with my aunt to use the venue at a later time.
Wish I could give zero stars.
