What happens if it rains and my event is outside?

An indoor wet weather alternative is booked for all outdoor events with no additional cost to you. When an outdoor event is scheduled and a weather call must be made, the hotel will make the call no later than 1:00PM. Waikoloa Beach Marriott + Blush Weddings will make a weather call and will include you in the decision.

How do we obtain our marriage license in Hawaii?

We can assist with all aspects of your wedding day needs. We also can assist with a la carte items such as inspiration and design boards, wedding stationery design and booking of external excursions while you are on Island please reach out to us for pricing.

Can I provide my own food and beverage for my ceremony or reception?

All food and beverages served at events on property are to be prepared and served by the Waikoloa Beach Marriott. No outside food may be brought into the function and public areas for guest consumption.
