Isaac and Anne Handy built this gambrel-roofed brick structure in 1741. Currently, the building has been fully restored to its eighteenth-century appearance but with a modern yet vintage look. It has an attached 1786 kitchen, reconstructed on its original foundation alongside furnishings. You’ll adore the historical park and its 262 acres of scenic trails and water views that you can explore any time of the year. Create a memorable moment in a historical museum house near downtown. Originally built in 1795 with Federal-style architecture, Popular Hill Mansion did not receive its name until the mid-1800s. Popular Hill Mansion is one of the largest in the area, and it stands out from the rest. You can enjoy a full wedding, including your ceremony and reception, as well as charming bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and so on.
